• This allows you to start services without paying the full amount upfront and pay over time.

• Financing approvals, schedules, and repayment terms are determined solely by the financing provider. AskDM does not issue loans or extend credit.

Milestone-Based Payments

• For certain service packages, payments may be structured by milestones.

• Payments are tied to defined preparation stages, such as form completion or final evidence organization.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms and may include:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

• Bank transfers (ACH / eCheck)

• Scheduled and recurring payments

Payment methods and schedules are defined in the Service Agreement.

SECURE PAYMENT PROCESSING

All transactions are processed through LawPay, a payment platform designed for professional services and compliant with industry security and data protection standards.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Refunds and adjustments are governed exclusively by the Service Agreement.

• Fees for services not yet rendered may be refundable.

• Specific refund conditions and timelines are defined in the contract prior to payment.
